“The privilege of a lifetime is to become who you truly are.” ~Carl Jung

Therapy offers an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and create meaningful change.

Sometimes life can look fine on the outside while something inside still feels unsettled. Other times, life feels difficult and you’re trying to find your footing again. You may find yourself questioning why you continue to repeat certain patterns, find you feel disconnected from yourself, struggle in relationships, carry stress and self-criticism that seems difficult to quiet, or find yourself longing for something more.

Many people I work with are insightful and self-aware. Some have spent considerable time reflecting on their experiences and trying to understand themselves, while others arrive feeling confused about why they feel the way they do or why they continue to find themselves in the same patterns. Regardless of where you are in that process, therapy can provide a space for greater understanding, healing, and growth. And while understanding ourselves is an important first step, lasting change often involves much more than simply knowing why we think, feel, or behave the way we do.

We often understand what we want logically, yet still find ourselves repeating familiar patterns. Therapy provides a space to explore the deeper experiences, beliefs, emotions, and protective strategies that keep those cycles going while helping you develop new ways of responding that align more closely with who you want to be.

Along the way, many people discover they have lost touch with parts of themselves – their needs, values, voice, intuition, or sense of direction. Perhaps they have spent years meeting the needs of others, adapting to expectations, surviving difficult experiences, or living according to who they felt they should be rather than who they truly are.

Therapy can offer an opportunity to come home to yourself: to reconnect with your authentic self, rediscover who you are beneath old roles, defenses, self-doubt, and survival strategies, build a more trusting, compassionate relationship with yourself, and create a life that feels more aligned with your values, needs, and aspirations.

My approach is grounded in helping individuals and couples explore the stories, experiences, and protective patterns that have developed over time while creating space for growth, healing, and self-understanding. Together we work toward strengthening your relationship with yourself, navigating life’s challenges with greater clarity, and building a life that feels more authentic and fulfilling.

When insight isn’t enough, healing can happen through the mind, body, and nervous system. I combine traditional talk therapy with evidence-informed approaches like Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic techniques, and EFT tapping to help clients move beyond understand their struggles toward experiencing lasting change.

Whether you are seeking support for anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, or personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you in that process.
