Individual counseling offers an opportunity to slow down, explore your experiences more deeply, and develop a greater understanding of yourself. While therapy can help reduce symptoms such as anxiety, stress, or relationship difficulties, it can also be a space for self-discovery, healing, and personal growth.
My approach is insight-oriented and relational. Together, we may explore patterns that have developed over time, attachment dynamics, beliefs about yourself and others, and the ways past experiences continue to shape the present. I integrate approaches such as attachment-based therapy, CBT, parts work, inner child work, mindfulness, and other depth-oriented approaches based on your unique needs and goals.
Clients often seek therapy to:
• Better understand relationship patterns
• Strengthen self-esteem and self-compassion
• Navigate life transitions and personal growth
• Process grief, loss, or difficult experiences
• Work through anxiety, stress, or feelings of being stuck
• Explore questions of meaning, purpose, and identity
Therapy is not about becoming someone different. It is about reconnecting with who you are beneath the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may have led you away from yourself.
