Insurance and Rates:

If you wish to use health insurance for individual therapy sessions, I am an in-network provider with: Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO, Blue Choice PPO, Empire Blue Cross PPO, United Health Care PPO, United Health Care Student Resources, United Medical Resources (UMR), Aetna PPO, Aetna Medicare, Aetna Student Health, Aetna HMO, Surest, Meritian Health, Nippon Life Benefits, First Health, Oxford, Surest, and out of network.

I do work with people who choose not to use insurance, also referred to as fee-for-service.

The fee-for-service rates (aka self pay) for individual counseling sessions are $175 for the initial 60 minute assessment session and $150 for subsequent 60 minute sessions.

The fee-for-service rates for couples counseling sessions are $190 for the initial 60 minute assessment session and $165 for subsequent 60 minute sessions.

If you find you’d like to attend weekly for couples counseling, but scheduling doesn’t allow this, or you’d like a session that’s longer than 60 minutes, contact me about couples intensives sessions.

I accept HSA (health savings accounts) as a form of payment as well.
